FAQ: If your GEVEY Sim is not working, please follow the instructions below
Q:Insert your sim card into the phone without the Gevey Sim adapter and reboot your phone. Once the phone boots up you should see the signal bar or invalid sim; that means your sim is not damaged. If you see "no sim," that means your sim card is damaged from either cutting it incorrectly or you damaged the sim by cutting into the IC chip.
A:To correct this, just go to your local carrier's store and ask for a replacement sim and this time, please use a Sim Cutter. Example: If you are a T-Mobile customer, go down to the T-Mobile store and ask for a replacement.
Q:If you have trouble receiving or sending MMS or have trouble using 3G.
A:Contact your carrier and request for APN settings for both your MMS and Cellular Data or you can try to google the carrier's APN settings.
