FAQ: how to set the C and T tuner

SR4-Cable when choose cable option, make the Inversion Search to be OFF status,
then add the receiving frequency number for channel by 1000 , like frequency 594/6875 TV Shenzhen China, add the number to 1594/6875
when choose the DVB-T option, make the Inversion Search to be ON status, add the frequeny as what we do for cable.
